Research Interests
I am a public management scholar exploring how governance, budgeting, and institutional design shape performance in complex public systems. Grounded in quantitative and experimental methods, my dissertation focuses on multi-level governance in U.S. higher education, examining how structures and incentives influence outcomes across state, institutional, and sub-organizational levels. I also extend this work to public sector unions and nonprofit organizations, including current research in Haiti, to better understand governance and accountability across diverse institutional and cultural contexts.
